The Estate
This luxury coastal estate spans 2.7 hectares in Praia de Barra, Inhambane, Mozambique. It features two air-conditioned villas with modern amenities, exclusive beach access, massage facilities, infinity pools, and lush tropical gardens.
The Villas
Casa de Luz, a 911m² main villa with four en-suite bedrooms, a library, fitness room, and a 10m infinity pool; and Casa de Sal, a 424m² unit with two en-suite bedrooms, open-plan living spaces, and a 6m infinity pool.

Sal e Luz is conveniently located just 20 minutes from Inhambane Airport in Mozambique.
Weather & Health
Tropical climate with little temperature variation between Summer and Winter, resulting in year-round ideal weather. Short afternoon rain showers can occur from December to February, but these are not common.
The sea temperature tends to remain between 25 – 28°C (77 – 82 °F), so everyday is a beach day!
Mozambique is a low-risk malarial area and suitable prophylactics are advised, but please consult your medical professional before departure, as well for advice on any other vaccinations required.
Jan – March: 25 – 35°C (77 – 95 °F)
This is the peak of the hot and wet season, with some potential for gusty winds. Enjoy balmy days on the beach and watch out for high UV.
Apr – Jun: 17 – 31°C (63 – 88 °F)
The rains are dissipating, and the temperatures are beginning to ease. Perfect weather for island activities, and cruising along the ocean.
Jul – Sep: 17 – 29°C (63 – 84 °F)
The coolest months of the year, but still very comfortable daytime temperatures. The humpback whales arrive along the coast on their migratory path.
Oct – Dec: 21 – 33°C (70 – 91 °F)
Perfect beach-going weather. Clear skies, smooth water, and great temperatures. Spend your days snorkelling or diving in the clear water.
